The Elephant’s Earwax
For Live Music Lovers!
The Dissident Sound Industry are back at the Fountain pub for the follow up to our successful debut band night, “The Elephant’s Tattoo”… It’s far too soon to drop the elephants and like it’s namesake, “Earwax” is gonna be both heavy and hip, big-eared, loud and unstoppable. Heading up the herd this time, the following bad-boy bands:
We made this: Demora is noisey, catchy alternative rock in the DC post hardcore vein. Previously booked for the 18th April but replaced due to illness, Demora are back to open the show.
9PM: THE DREJ
Bigger, Badder, Better: The Drej are the ultimate Rock/Metal bad boys with grooves, riffs and hooks to hang you up. Tottenham isn’t ready, but they are coming! Here They Come!
10PM: JACK TYSON CHARLES + Band
The indomitable Jack Tyson Charles, painting with piano for a soulfilled, bluesy old school shuffle
11PM: TAMAN SHUD
Defying all attempts to categorise or describe: Taman Shud!
Is it a band, or some psychic feedback, looping ever on towards the collapsing sun? Oh it’s a band, is it? And they’re gonna play for us? Massive.
